Once I am able to keep my hubs and child sitting still long enough to photograph, I will put pictures up. But until then, here is just a little blip on each of my two of my favorite people. <3

Chris
Birthday - February 18th, 1987
This is my amazing husband and best friend. He and his family, consisting of eight total children (Crystal, Andrea, Matthew, Peter, Michael, Chris, Tyler and Wilson), moved here in 2005. I remember the first time I met him, I thought he was scary. No, really. It was at a christian youth group we used to attend, and he and his brother Tyler came into the Presbyterian Church, and Chris immediately went and leaned against the wall in the darkest corner, with his arms crossed glaring at everyone. At the time, I was chasing around another boy who had stolen my shoe, and Ty came to my rescue. I got to know Tyler first, and as we grew to be friends, we started hanging out at their house, which, coincidentally, is less than a football fields away from my mom's place. Once we starting hanging out up there, I got to know Chris, and we just clicked. We were fast friends, so much so that I became like his little sister, and he my big brother. We told each other everything, and it was awesome. I would have asked him out sooner, had it not been for my friend telling me that she had a crush on him. After a while, (several years, actually), she stopped crushing on him, and as Chris and I sat in his tracker one night waiting for Wilson to get out of Reality Check (the middle school version of Devo), I ended up telling Chris that I liked him. I didn't get an immediate response, which led to my immense feelings of guilt about ruining our friendship. 24 hours later, I got an email from Chris apologizing for not talking to me, but he did like me too he just "didn't think a girl like me would like a guy like him." Both of us being afraid of ruining our awesome friendship, we decided that we'd test the dating waters for a week and if things went well, then we'd continue. Well, two days went by and as Chris left my house after dinner one night, we had our first kiss. I've never felt fireworks before, but they nearly blew me off my feet. It was a done deal after that. Little over a year later, we were engaged, and a while after that, we were married in the same church where we first met and saw each other.

Birthday: January 22, 2009
Our first child, and the light of our lives. After losing her twin, four stopped pre-term labors, and twenty five hours of labor, we couldn't be happier with our little princess. She is so amazingly smart, it's uncanny how much she really understands. She's not a big talker, but hey, I didn't talk until I was three. I made my entire family learn my sign language. She learned to walk while standing on her tippy toes, she didn't walk flat footed for several months, which makes both Chris and I think she will be a fantastic ballerina, just like her mommy. :)
